Desai, Asia Society and Museum, talks with Francesco Bonami, Venice Biennale and Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago and the Korean American artist, Michael Joo, whose exhibitions include a current solo show at the MIT List Visual Arts Center, about current issues, emerging trends and new directions in the Asian contemporary art scene.
Performance art by Chinese artists Lin Yilin and Qin Feng
Followed by viewing of Cai Guo-Qiang’s exhibition An Explosion Event: Light Cycle over Central Park and TOOBA: Shrin Neshat.
